  1. Elects E. Ms Khalida TOUMI (Algeria) as Chairperson of the first session of the Committee,
  2. Elects Mr Jean-Pierre DUCASTELLE (Belgium) as Rapporteur of the first session of the Committee,
  3. Elects Bolivia, China, Estonia and Senegal as Vice-Chairpersons of the first session of the Committee.
