1. Elects Ms María Claudia Lopez Sorzano (Colombia) as Chairperson of the Committee;
2. Elects Mr Bernard Jankee (Jamaica) as Rapporteur of the Committee;
3. Elects Austria, Poland, Philippines, Zambia and Palestine as Vice-Chairpersons of the Committee.
