The online version of periodic reporting Form ICH-10 and Form ICH-11 is now available, to facilitate electronic submission of reports from States Parties by the statutory deadline of 30 June 2027. The online forms are accessible to focal points designated to coordinate the periodic reporting exercise, through a dedicated account.

This step further supports the transition to the single global submission system for periodic reporting, approved by the eleventh session of the General Assembly (Resolution 11.GA 7).

All States Parties are expected to use these revised online forms to report on:

  • The implementation of the 2003 Convention,
  • The status of elements inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, and
  • The status of elements inscribed on the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding.

The Word version of the revised reporting forms, which was published earlier on 30 June 2026, remains available for general consultation through the dedicated webpage of the Convention: https://ich.unesco.org/en/forms.
