The Committee,

1. Elects Aman Wirakartakusumah (Indonesia) as Chairperson of the Committee;
2. Elects Mr Ion de la Riva (Spain) as Rapporteur of the Committee;
3. Elects Albania, Morocco, Nicaragua, Niger and Spain as Vice-Chairpersons of the Committee.
