I am an archaeologist and a heritage professional with qualifications and experience in both tangible and living heritage. I worked on the documentation and inventory of ICH in Mauritius along with nomination files for listing of elements under the 2003 Convention. Since 2024, I am working on documentation of traditional boat making and traditional fishing, as part of Our Heritage Foundation in Mauritius. As a postdoctoral fellow, I am documenting the traditional knowledge in relation to landscape, of the people in Ortiga village of Portugal since March 2026.
