Nandadeva is a retired professor formerly with the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. He has a PhD in Art Conservation Research from the University of Delaware, USA, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Rock Art Conservation from the University of Canberra, Australia. He is a member of Sri Lanka’s National ICH Committee of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs. He has experience in facilitating capacity building workshops in Inventorying and Developing Safeguarding Plans for Sri Lanka and Laos. He was the Focal Point for Periodic Reporting for Sri Lanka in 2024.
