Mina has coordinated in preparing some multinational nomination files and Iran’s periodic report on the Implementation of 2003 Convention (2016). As a member of the national committee for the examination of nominations for inscription on national lists, she contributed to identifying and safeguarding the living heritage of the country. Also, she has been an Instructor in some capacity-building workshops in the country. Mina has been the Ministry (then ICHHTO) Representative in the meetings of Governing Council and Executive Board of the Regional Research Center for Safeguarding Intangible cultural Heritage in West and Central Asia under the auspices of UNESCO. Working in handicrafts deputy, she is trying to contribute to the sustainable development of communities practicing various fields of traditional craftsmanship and traditional arts.
Mina has been working in areas related to UNESCO, UN Tourism, WIPO and WCC and has participated in several intergovernmental meetings. She is interested in cultural diplomacy and integrating ICH Safeguarding with the SDGs. In her capacity as a facilitator of the UNESCO 2003 Convention, she hopes and works to make contributions to fulfill and achieve the objectives of the 2003 Convention for the safeguarding of living heritage.
