International Day of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Activity Submission Form: inglés|francés

The 17 October 2025 marks the second edition of the International Day of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. States Parties, cultural institutions, communities, non-governmental organizations, category 2 centres, UNESCO Chairs, schools and all the other stakeholders of the 2003 Convention are encouraged to join the celebration by organizing events and activities to showcase the diversity and richness of living heritage and to raise awareness of the importance of its safeguarding.

Please share the events and activities planned in the month of October 2025. These activities will be featured on the dedicated webpage on a rolling basis.

Please download the activity submission form and return it duly completed to the following address: ich@unesco.org. Kindly submit a separate form for each activity.

A special logo featuring the mention ‘In support of the International Day of the Intangible Cultural Heritage’ have been issued. This logo should only be used on communication material for events and activities that are directly related to the observance of this International Day, and to be organized in October 2025. It should not be used for obtaining commercial or financial gains, nor in a way that falsely suggests UNESCO’s endorsement. The logo should be used in its entirety and should not be altered in any way. UNESCO does not assume any responsibility or liability for the use of the dedicated logo in support of the International Day of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. The use of the International Day of the Intangible Cultural Heritage logo should not be confounded with that of the 2003 Convention emblem which remains subject to a standard procedure.
