This year the twenty-first session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage will take place in Xiamen, China, from Monday 30 November to Saturday 5 December 2026.
The provisional timetable of the Committee as well as practical information concerning this session will be presented by the host country and the Secretariat during an information and exchange meeting in Room XI, UNESCO Headquarters on Tuesday 22 September from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
