Stephen Rwagweri is a Founder, Author, Facilitator and Impact Speaker with 20 years of experience. Through a UNESCO-Accredited NGO Engabu Za Tooro - Tooro Youth Platform for Action, he has designed projects in inventorying, nominations, post-inscription safeguarding and periodic reporting, advancing intangible cultural heritage knowledge into social innovation space. He is currently piloting award winning “Artisanal Regenerative Model” scalable across Africa through a coalition led by African Continental Crafts. He is an Expert Reviewer of Innovations with Million Lives Collective, a global donor collaborative agency on Innovations and he is an Intercontinentally Matched Social Innovator in Africa-Europe Innovation Platform, powered by EU.

He holds BA(SWSA) from Makerere University and has published several texts.
