Serge Noukeu has a Ph.D. in cultural heritage and museums and a Master’s degree in cultural heritage management. He currently serves as Deputy Director of Intangible Cultural Heritage at the Cameroon Ministry of Arts and Culture. In this capacity, he has already coordinated several projects, including the drafting of the 2023 periodic report, the pilot inventory of ICH in the Central Region of Cameroon, and a nomination file for inclusion on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. He is regularly involved in many other ICH activities, and has thus gained much experience.
