Rahul has been a member of the Global Facilitators’ Network in the Asia-Pacific region (south, south-east, east, central Asia) under the 2003 Convention since 2011, and has been working with the 2003 ICH Convention since 2009. Since 2012, he has trained government officials, researchers and academics, traditional knowledge bearers and practitioners in 16 countries and territorial groups.
His work has had substantially to do with key aspects of sustainable development, with a particular focus on ICH and traditional knowledge (TK), environment, agriculture, climate change and livelihoods.
