Campaneras (manual bell ringing women)
The Ministry of Culture is editing a video to commemorate the first Internacional Day of
Intangible Cultural Heritage, that shows the diversity of ICH in Spain, as well as the
involvement and participation of the communities and practitioners in the safeguarding of ICH.
The video will focus on the role of women in the practice and safeguarding of ICH, specially in the field of manual bell ringing, recently inscribed by Spain.
