Assistant Professor at the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Studies with Ethnographic Museum - Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, and Recognized Researcher (R2) at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. She holds a PhD in Cultural Studies and has over 10 years of experience in safeguarding intangible cultural heritage, focusing on community participation, governance, and sustainable development. Her work includes documentation and digitization of ICH, including culinary practices, and their integration into sustainable tourism. She has administrative experience within the Ministries of Culture and Tourism, as well as in project evaluation under the Horizon Europe Programme, focusing on ICH for societal resilience.
