Mr Francisco Lopez Morales is an architect, currently the Director of the Department of World Heritage at INAH, the National Institute of Anthropology and History of Mexico.He has represented Mexico at the Intergovernmental Committee of ICH and recently organized a workshop on inventories of ICH in Chiapas.
