¿Cómo contar historias sin público? ¿Cómo organizar un carnaval en línea? Siguiendo las aventuras del personaje “Soualigaman”, este proyecto busca a que los niños y niñas de Saint-Martin descubran el impacto de la pandemia en su patrimonio vivo y en la vida pública.
