Mr. Silverse Lisamula Anami is an ethnomusicologist widely experienced in community activities. He has served as an Educator, Head of Performing Arts and Director of Culture in Kenya. He participated in the negotiation of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Convention and contributes to its implementation as an examiner, facilitator, practitioner and Committee member.
