1 March 2016

The deadline is set for 31 March 2016 for the submission of nomination files, proposals on best safeguarding practices and large-scale international assistance requests for the 2017 cycle.

The forms can be downloaded from the forms page. The submission may be inspired by a set of past nomination files considered good examples by the Committee of the 2003 Convention, as well as examples of well defined budgets and timetables for international assistance requests. National authorities are also invited to refer to the aide-mémoire for completing nominations or international assistance requests.

Emergency international assistance requests and international assistance requests below US$25,000 can be submitted at any time.
