Main areas of work related to the Convention:
Relevant projects and initiatives
- Thirteen inventory and documentation projects for the French National ICH Inventory (2014-2020), including 12 translocal ICH elements present in the Paris region, and one local element present in Suriname and French Guiana;
- The Rencontres project (2015-2018) aimed to facilitate intercultural exchanges and the social integration of migrants;
- In 2019-2020, we developed an integral diagnosis of the state of safeguarding of ICH present in Guadeloupe (French Antilles);
- Design and development of a participatory web platform for the enhancement of Guadeloupe’s ICH (2020-2022);
- Pre-inventory and diagnosis of traditional games and sports in Overseas France (ongoing).
