Mr. Damian Richardson currently serves as the Director of Culture at the Culture Division of the Ministry of Culture and Community Development in Trinidad and Tobago. He is member of the Project Management Institute and WIPO’s Alumni Network for the Advanced International Certificate Course on IP Asset Management. He has a master’s in public administration from the Dominican Republic. Recent certifications include UNESCO’s MOOC on Living Heritage and Sustainable Development (2022); WIPO’s Intellectual Property, Traditional Knowledge and Traditional Cultural Expressions (2023); and IDB’s PM4R Expert Certificate (2025). Damian has also performed as an actor, dancer and pannist.
