As an Administrator - Cultural Advisor and formerly Director of Cultural Heritage and Cultural Development, Mr Jean Omer Ntady participated in several workshops inventory and documentation of heritage, sessions of the Intergovernmental Committee the Safeguarding of Intangible Heritage and awareness meetings on the Intangible Heritage Convention.
