Holding an MSc in International Museum Studies, Nguyen Duc Tang has extensive national and international experience in safeguarding intangible cultural heritage and advancing museum development.
Nguyen Duc Tang is currently Director of the Center for Research and Promotion of Cultural Heritage, based in Hanoi, which provides services related to intangible cultural heritage, including policy advocacy, capacity building, inventory-making, documentation, transmission, heritage education, interpretation, community networking, sustainable tourism, and communication. His work emphasizes community-based approaches and sustainable heritage preservation, strengthening both institutional and community capacities.
