Ms. Tsolmon Tserendorj is a Senior Specialist of cultural heritage registration, impact assessment and research in the Ministry of Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth of Mongolia, and joined the Global Facilitators’ Network in 2023. She has been involved in the cultural heritage protection since 2008 and her expertise lies in Community-Based Inventorying, Cultural Heritage Management, Safeguarding policies and legal frameworks, Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Tsolmon is a dance anthropologist, and graduated from the Choreomundus international Master programme in Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Norway, the University Clermont Auvergne in France, the University of Szeged in Hungary and Roehampton University in United Kingdom. She has extensive experience of over 18 years in working with both tangible and intangible cultural heritage. She has worked on nominations (particularly nomadic living heritage), and has supported and conducted capacity building workshops in Mongolia, Kazakhstan and the Republic of Korea.
