A cultural historian with postgraduate qualifications in Indigenous Studies and Director of the Livingstone Museum in Zambia. I specialize in the documentation of Zambian cultures and have been engaged in two major nominations for UNESCO in my country; the pilot program in the nomination of the Mooba Dance of Central Zambia and the pilot program in the nomination of Mangwengwe Dance of Northern Zambia, both inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. I am a member of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), a Board Member for the African Museums and Heritage Restitution Organization (AFRIHARE) and Committee member of the Memory of the World, Zambia.
