Danijela Filipovic is an ethnologist-anthropologist who works at the Centre for the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Serbia at the Ethnographic Museum. Her work focuses on implementing the 2003 Convention in close cooperation with communities, particularly in the areas of inventorying and developing safeguarding measures. Her primary professional interests include raising awareness and building capacity for the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage. She also actively participates in the implementation of the safeguarding policy for ICH as a member of both the National Committee for Intangible Cultural Heritage and the National Commission for UNESCO.
