Social anthropologist with a professional master’s degree in urban design by the University of Costa Rica, most of Celia’s professional experience relates to the development of inventories and methodologies for the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage. Celia has also experience in cultural management, notably the formulation, implementation and monitoring of projects, training, plans and strategies for arts and culture. She teaches and undertakes research at the University of Costa Rica (School of Anthropology).
