Fiorella Arteta Penna is a Peruvian anthropologist who holds a master’s degree in Visual Anthropology and postgraduate training in cultural policy, heritage management, and international cooperation. She has over ten years of experience as a facilitator in cultural heritage for the public and private sectors. Her work includes facilitating workshops, and designing and implementing cultural policies for ICH, as well as community-based measures with participatory methodologies. Currently, she works at the Ministry of Culture of Peru, preparing nomination files and the periodic reporting exercise, integrating fieldwork and research-based approaches with active community participation
