Objectifs

Founded in 2002, the Cultural Research Foundation (KAV) works in the fields of inventorying, safeguarding, and promoting intangible cultural heritage. Its main research programs focus on culinary culture, traditional crafts, toys, and rituals. KAV places particular emphasis on raising awareness of intangible cultural heritage among children and young people through research, documentation, and educational activities.
