The Clean Climate and Environment Campaign Initiative (CCAECI) has been actively involved in safeguarding intangible cultural heritage (ICH) in Nigeria, particularly in the areas of traditional music, dance, and craftsmanship. Our recent activities include: - Organizing workshops and training programs for local communities on traditional music and dance, including the "Revival of Traditional Music and Dance" project, which aimed to document and promote traditional music and dance in Nigeria. - Collaborating with local artisans to document and promote traditional craftsmanship, including the "Preservation of Traditional Craftsmanship" project, which aimed to document and promote traditional craftsmanship in Nigeria. - Developing educational materials and programs to raise awareness on the importance of ICH, including the "ICH Education and Awareness" project, which aimed to develop educational materials and programs to raise awareness on the importance of ICH in Nigeria. Our organization has demonstrated its capacity to provide advisory services to the Committee through: - Providing technical assistance to local communities on inventorying and documenting ICH. - Collaborating with national authorities on developing policies and programs for safeguarding ICH. - Participating in international forums and conferences on ICH. Relevant documentation : - Reports on our workshops and training programs. - Documentation of our collaboration with local artisans. - Educational materials and programs developed by our organization.

Objectifs

- Propagates environmental protection and healthy initiatives through our educational programs and public awareness campaigns. - Educates and organizes seminars and training programs on environmental protection and healthy initiatives. - Initiates public educational awareness programs to enhance a healthy environment. - Prints, publishes, and develops libraries to promote environmental education and awareness. - Syndicates the establishment of environmental structures and collaborates with international organizations to reduce environmental pollution.

Coopération

Our organisation collaborates with communities, groups, and individuals that create, practise, and transmit ICH through: - Participatory research and documentation of ICH. - Community-based workshops and training programs on traditional music, dance, and craftsmanship. - Collaboration with local artisans on promoting and preserving traditional craftsmanship. We work closely with local communities to : - Identify and document ICH. - Develop educational Materials and programs to raise awareness on the importance of ICH. - Provide technical assistance on safeguarding ICH. Our collaboration with communities is based on mutual respect, trust, and benefit-sharing. We ensure that our activities are community-driven and that the benefits of our collaboration are shared equitably among all stakeholders.
