The Committee,

1. Having examined document LHE/24/19.COM/10 and its annexes,
2. Recalling Resolutions 10.GA7 and 10.GA 8, as well as Decisions 16.COM 14, 17.COM 10, 18.COM 11 and 18.COM 14,
3. Takes note of the activities undertaken by the Secretariat since its last session regarding a broader implementation of Article 18, notably with regards to the establishment of the online platform for sharing good safeguarding experiences;
4. Further takes note of the roadmap indicating steps towards the full operationalization of the online platform for sharing good safeguarding experiences, including the plan annexed to document LHE/24/19.COM/10 (Annex II), and encourages the Secretariat to pursue its endeavour according to this plan;
5. Invites States Parties and other stakeholders to financially support the development of the online platform through the modality of their choice;
6. Requests the Secretariat to report on the progress concerning the reflection on a broader implementation of Article 18 of the Convention for examination by the Committee at its twentieth session.
