With over fourteen years of experience in cultural cooperation, Lisa has experience in implementing UNESCO’s culture programmes at UNESCO Headquarters and Field Offices in Latin America and the Caribbean. She has expertise in implementing the 2003 UNESCO Convention at the international and national levels, working with Indigenous Peoples issues, and evaluating projects related to ICH in emergencies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology and Art History, as well as a Master’s in Preservation and Enhancement of Cultural Heritage from Sorbonne University, Paris. Lisa also holds an Expert Degree in Indigenous Peoples, Human Rights, and International Cooperation from the Intercultural Indigenous University and Carlos III University of Madrid.
