Peruvian anthropologist and facilitator on cultural heritage for the public and private sectors both nationally and internationally, Fiorella has provided technical assistance for the development of cultural policies related to intangible cultural heritage and for the design of community-led projects. She has actively contributed to the implementation of the 2003 Convention by participating in the Intergovernmental Committee’s meetings and working groups, and by participating in the preparation of nomination files to the Representative List. Her fields of interests include food customs, traditional craftsmanship and community-based approaches to safeguarding.
