The Committee,

  1. Having examined document LHE/23/18.COM/19,
  2. Recalling Rules 4, 12 and 13 of its Rules of Procedure,
  3. Elects E. Ms Nancy Ovelar de Gorostiaga (Paraguay) as Chairperson of the nineteenth session of the Committee;
  4. Elects Germany, Uzbekistan, Viet Nam, Angola and Mauritania as Vice-Chairpersons of the nineteenth session of the Committee;
  5. Elects Ms Ľubica Voľanská (Slovakia) as Rapporteur of the nineteenth session of the Committee.
