Liliane holds a BFA from Florida State University and an M.A. in Administration and Cultural Policy from New York University. She later pursued an M.Sc. in Tourism Planning and Development at the University of Surrey in the U.K. With experience in both the public and private sectors, she has served as a consultant and strategic advisor in the fields of tourism, culture, nature, and heritage management. Since the 1980s, she has been involved with UNESCO affairs in Bonaire and has been the group leader of the UNESCO Workgroup Bonaire since 2014. Her passion is dance.
