The scoping workshop to be held from 30 to 31 October 2023 at UNESCO Headquarters (Paris, France) marks the commencement of the project “International food atlas and digital platform for safeguarding, promoting and transmitting foodways to future generations”.
The two-day workshop intends to bring together experts on living heritage and foodways, with the purpose of sharing knowledge and experiences on the safeguarding of foodways and food-related intangible cultural heritage. The workshop will contribute to partaking relevant experiences, mapping stakeholders and identifying ways forward for its implementation.
