“Raíces Vivas” – colloquium about ICH and audiovisual projection
“Raíces Vivas” is an audiovisual project created by Juan Rayos which shows certain aspects of Spanish’s ICH elements inscribed in the representative List from an artistic perspective. It contains testimonies of the bearers together with the most visual images of the different elements from the perspective of a director who has been invited to live them from the inside of these ICH expressions.
The aim of this colloquium is exchanging perspectives between the director and the bearers, which have been invited in order to have the insider/outsider view of these elements and to discuss about topics such as international cooperation, sustainability, safeguarding, etc.
It will take place in National Museum of Anthropology.
