Decision of the Intergovernmental Committee: 16.COM 5.A

The Committee,

  1. Having examined document LHE/21/16.COM/5.a Rev,
  2. Recalling Article 30 of the Convention as well as Rule 46 of the Rules of Procedures of the Committee,
  3. Welcomes the two States that have ratified the Convention since January 2020;
  4. Adopts the report on its activities undertaken in 2020 and 2021 and requests that the Secretariat present it for examination by the ninth session of the General Assembly.
