The Committee,

  1. Having examined document LHE/21/16.COM/3,
  2. Recalling Rules 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Committee,
  3. Further recalling its Decisions COM 3 and 15.COM 4,
  4. Takes note of the following observers authorized to participate in its sixteenth session, in conformity with the above-mentioned decisions:
  • the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO),
  • Ms Eva-Maria Seng.
