UNESCO MOOC on Living Heritage and Sustainable Development
The event will mark the launch of the pre-enrolment campaign for the first UNESCO Massive Open Online Course on Living Heritage and Sustainable Development conceived together with ICHCAP, SDG Academy and the UNESCO Chair for Research on Intangible Cultural Heritage and Cultural Diversity. In the presence of instructors from around the world, the trailer of the course will be presented and the partners will engage in a discussion on why this MOOC is so timely and important.

Platform of ICH for sustainable development in the Andean Region
Launching of the multimedia platform “Intangible Cultural Heritage for Sustainable Development in the Andean Region” and the presentation of the results of the study “Intangible Cultural Heritage and COVID-19 in the Andean countries” led by the UNESCO Cluster Office in Quito. While the study presents in detail the dimensions of the impact of the pandemic on specific ICH elements, the platform showcases audiovisual material of the ICH present in Bolivia, Colombia and Ecuador.
