Forum on the Systematic Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage for Sustainable Development
“Forum on the Systematic Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage for Sustainable Development,” is co-organized by Shandong University and China Folklore Society to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. Experts and scholars from domestic colleges, universities, institutions and research centers will discuss a wide range of topics concerning the main theme of the forum—“Strengthening the Systematic Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage for Sustainable Development.” Specific ideas and measures about the implementation of the Convention, as well as the good safeguarding practices such as those identified as “Chinese experience” “Chinese solutions” “Chinese wisdom” will be intensively explored during the event.
