Oral historian and documentary director, TIAN Miao works as the Deputy Director of China Memory Project Center at National Library of China, and the Vice President of International Oral History Association. After graduation from Beijing Film Academy with a Master Degree in Film Directing, He joined the National Library of China in 2010, and has been working in diverse areas of ICH safeguarding, such as documentation, archiving, promotion and education for more than a decade.
