Lovemore Chances J. Mazibuko is Acting Deputy Director of Culture in the Ministry Civic Education and Culture. He holds a Bachelor of Education and Master of Science Degrees both from the University of Malawi. He also has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Museum Studies from the University of Nairobi. Currently, Mr. Mazibuko is pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Strategic Management with Columbia Commonwealth University of Malawi. Mr. Mazibuko is National Coordinator of ICH programmes in Malawi and a member of National ICH Committee. He has participated in a number of UNESCO sponsored capacity building programmes on ICH in different countries. He is a UNESCO-certified ICH Trainer and has facilitated ICH programmes in Botswana, Eritrea, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia, Seychelles, South Sudan, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
