Social anthropologist with a professional master’s degree in urban design by the University of Costa Rica. Most of Celia’s anthropological professional experience relates to the development of inventories and methodologies for the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage and other cultural assets. Celia has also experience in cultural management, notably the formulation, implementation and monitoring of various projects, cultural infrastructure, artistic training and the preparation of plans ans strategies for culture. She teaches and undertakes research at the University of Costa Rica (School of Anthropology).
