Mustapha Nami holds a PhD in Heritage and Archaeology. Working in the Directorate of Cultural Heritage, he has developed a long experience in the field of intangible cultural heritage and inventories. Since 2013, he has been designated by the Ministry of Culture as the focal point for the implementation of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage at the national level (Morocco) and has accompanied the elaboration of several nomination files submitted for the different mechanisms of the Convention. He is currently Head of the Division of Inventory and Documentation of Heritage.
