Decision of the Intergovernmental Committee: 20.COM 9.A

The Committee,

  1. Having examined document LHE/25/20.COM/9,
  2. Recalling Decisions COM 15, 13.COM 9, and 19.COM 8,
  3. Takes note of the correspondence concerning six inscribed elements and three ongoing nominations brought to the attention of the Secretariat during the reporting period, as set out in the above-mentioned document;
  4. Requests that the Secretariat continue to bring information from third parties received and treated concerning already-inscribed elements and nominations under consideration to the attention of the Committee, in the form of a summary to be included in a working document, and provide the link to the specific correspondence received to the Committee Members by email for information purposes only and with the prior consent of the concerned State Party, and emphasizes the need to ensure the confidentiality of the process.
