The Committee,

  1. Having examined document LHE/25/20.COM/3,
  2. Recalling Rules 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Committee,
  3. Further recalling its Decision COM 3 and 19.COM 3,
  4. Takes note of the following observers authorized to participate in its twentieth session, in conformity with the above-mentioned decision:
    • The International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property (ICCROM);
    • The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO).
