Decision of the Intergovernmental Committee: 20.COM 20

The Committee,

  1. Having examined document LHE/25/20.COM/20 and its annex,
  2. Recalling Article 30 of the Convention as well as Rule 46 of the Rules of Procedures of the Committee,
  3. Welcomes the States that have ratified the Convention since January 2024;
  4. Adopts the report on its activities undertaken in 2024 and 2025 and requests that the Secretariat present it for examination by the eleventh session of the General Assembly.
