Mr Charles Binam Bikoi is an Executive Secretary of the International Centre for Research and Documentation on African Traditions & Languages, Professor of Humanities & Social Sciences in several African and European universities and an expert on African Union cultural matters. He has contributed and participated in several meetings organized by UNESCO or in connection with UNESCO in Africa, America, Asia and Europe.
